We marked World Book Day 2023 on Friday 3^rd March, by hosting two talented authors for Years 7 and 8. Desree, a local spoken word poet, ran six interactive sessions on the day, encouraging students to respond to her poems and to write their own. It is fair to say, that Year 8 thoroughly enjoyed the session and we hope to have Desree in again soon!

Steve Tasane, ran six sessions for Year 7 and he was a blast! He had the students rapping, clapping and thoroughly enjoying WBD with a published author.
