On Tuesday the 16th January, Wexham School hosted a TED talk with Mervyn Lyn the former Head of Black Music at Virgin Records and then Sony. Following this, Mervyn became the General Manger of Motown International, New York working with many artists including 'Usher',  'Notorious B.I.G.' and 'Alicia Keys to name a few. His greatest inspiration and collaboration being Stevie Wonder. His current business model maximises the revenue potential and brand worth of clients in both music and sport.

There followed a Q & A session in which Mervyn flipped the traditional Q & A by asking the questions!
